Hired Hands was born from a simple observation: chiropractic had no real infrastructure for hiring. Good doctors were landing in the wrong offices. Great practices were burning through associates. And nobody was building anything to fix it.
Dr. Fuster had spent years building Chiro Board Review and Atlas Academy — helping 25,000+ students pass their boards. But once those students graduated, they kept asking the same question: "Where do I find a good office?" The answer didn't exist.
So in 2023, Hired Hands launched — not as another job board, but as a qualification and matching platform built specifically for chiropractic. CRS scoring, MBTI-based personality matching, and a process that vets both sides before anyone shakes hands.
