Account Information: Name, email address, and user role (Candidate or Practice) when you register.

Candidate Profile Data: Chiropractic license number, education history, certifications, specializations, experience level, geographic preferences, career goals, and MBTI personality assessment results.

Practice Information: Practice name, location, contact details, hiring needs, compensation ranges, and practice culture details.

Payment Information: Billing name, address, and payment method details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time on platform, click patterns, browser type, operating system, and IP address.

Third-Party Authentication: If you sign in via Google, Meta, or Atlas Academy SSO, we receive basic profile information from those providers as permitted by your settings.

We do not sell your personal information.

Between Platform Users: Candidate profile information (CRS score, MBTI type, specializations, experience) is shared with Practices reviewing applications or using our matching service. Practice information is shared with Candidates exploring positions.

Service Providers: We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and analytics tools to improve the platform. These providers access only information necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hired Hands, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction with prior notice.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account at any time. We may retain certain records for up to 7 years to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Our Platform is intended for licensed or actively training chiropractic professionals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences (such as theme). We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.
